Return Policy

 RETURN POLICY

1. Return must be within 7 Days of the original purchase date on the receipt subject to the condition that the product has never been opened and used in any manner. Opened box but unused product can be returned without questions.

2. Once the product has been put out in use, neither refund nor exchange is permitted due to hygienic reasons; however, any mechanical or technical problems on the household use product will be qualified for warranty service for 1 year.

3. If the cause of any type of mechanical or technical problems was resulted by the user, WareCareShare will not be responsible for the problem.

4. Above policies are in effect given the condition that the original receipt was presented to the WareCareShare

 Returning Procedures for items sold on-line

Please contact via E-mail to request your Return. We will send an E-mail regarding notification of return/refund process. Exchange/return/repair period takes 7 to 10 business days for a close examination.  

All shipping will be delivered by Canada Post. We offer the notification via email for all of your deliveries with Canada Post tracking numbers after shipment. If you do not receive any email regarding shipment, please double check messages in your spam folder. If your parcel returned to us due to incorrect address, we will charge you for collecting and resending your parcel. Also WareCareShare will not be held responsible for in-transit damage or packages that are not delivered to us. Please contact us if you want the extra shipping insurance.

Exchange/Return is invalidated in the following cases

  1. Unproved the original receipts from your purchase
  2. Expressly excludes all incidental or consequential damage
  3. Damage original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included)
  4. Cosmetic damage or any defect resulting from accident, negligence, misuses, improper handling, lack of care,
  5. Change your mind about your purchase
  6. Used product after installation if it is necessary to install new item such as Bidet
  7. Any product where the serial number has been removed
  8. Damage caused by overheating
